Qualifications

• Proven experience in .NET development and modernization projects.
• Experience of migration from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 8/9.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Expertise in containerization and CI/CD automation.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server optimization.
• Leadership experience with small to mid-sized development teams.

• Architect and fine‑tune SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.

• Integrate AI tools into the development lifecycle for smarter, faster delivery.

• Mentor and manage a junior software developer, ensuring timely delivery and removing blockers.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align on goals and milestones.

Required prior experience and skills:
