Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which need to be deployed at a client end and ensure they meet 100% quality assurance parameters.

Responsibilities

• L2 support for .NET applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET technologies.
• Provide application support, including incident management and ticket resolution.
• Develop enhancements and new features based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices and code reviews.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in web application development using .NET technologies.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and frameworks like NodeJS or React.
• Proficiency in backend technologies including C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
• Experience with application support, incident management, and ticket resolution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and Azure API Management (APIM).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as GitLab.
