This is an opportunity to work for a public sector organisation. The role starts as a 4-month contract.

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the public sector organisations. Starts off as a 4 months contract.

Responsibilities
  • Data/Document Migration: Assist and execute data/document migration from legacy system to new platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the transfer. Detect and document data inconsistencies and migration challenges, whilst maintaining comprehensive records of all successful data transfers.
  • Data Collation/Administration: Compile and categorise project expenditure data from completed grant projects to establish cost benchmarks and standardised pricing frameworks. Assist with the maintenance and improvement of databases/records.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of working experience in administrative roles.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Good organisational abilities coupled with systematic and methodical work practices.
  • Good communication, writing, project/time management and fundamental problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work well in a team as well as independently; experience in systematic task execution.
  • Competent in MS Office (including Word and Excel) and comfortable working with databases and electronic administration systems.
  • Has a positive attitude towards learning.
