Job summary

GE Aerospace in Singapore invites recent graduates to join a structured NDT trainee program designed to accelerate development into a certified NDT professional. You will undergo technical and leadership training, gain hands-on NDT experience, and learn global practices aligned with NAS 410, EN 4179, and ISO 9712.

You will support inspections, documentation, and evaluations under supervision while developing technical mastery and leadership skills for a long-term career in aerospace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3.8 GPA on a 5-point scale (no rounding).
• Graduate with less than 2 years of aerospace, inspection, or materials-related work experience.
• Strong interest and motivation for NDT and aviation safety, with openness to hands-on learning, global exposure, and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Develop NDT capability through structured technical and leadership training to become a certified NDT professional.
• Learn and apply global NDT practices in line with NAS 410, EN 4179, and ISO 9712.
• Support NDT activities (inspections, evaluations, documentation) under supervision and progressively gain technical proficiency.
• Engage in leadership and professional development to improve communication, problem-solving, and collaboration.
• Contribute to aviation safety and product quality through reliable inspection practices.
• Participate in cross-site or cross-region learning, assignments, or collaborations as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Engineering Technology
