Seatrium Limited is seeking a Naval Architect with at least 2 years in the marine/offshore sector. You will perform calculations, model hulls, and prepare stability booklets using AutoCAD and stability software.

You will also coordinate test procedures, surveys, and drawings QA with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role requires on-site work at Admiralty Yard, Singapore, with strong collaboration across Production, Project Management, and regulatory bodies to ensure on-time project

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant marine/offshore experience.
• Strong knowledge of marine vessel design principles and offshore structural requirements.
• In-depth understanding of engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Stability Software, and other design tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use engineering design software efficiently.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and classification society standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills, with ability to mentor and motivate team members.

Mansioni

• Perform Naval Architecture calculations manually and with software.
• Use hydrostatic & stability software to model hulls, stability booklet, and longitudinal strength checks.
• Prepare test procedures (inclining experiments, weighing control, ballasting sequences).
• Conduct inclining experiments, light ship surveys and ship checks.
• Monitor drawings, documents and purchase specifications progress.
• Perform QA checks of drawings and liaise with Production and Project Management to ensure on-time delivery.
• Interact with customers, vendors and regulatory bodies on engineering design matters.
