A leading automotive firm in Singapore is looking for an Aftermarket Sales Head to lead their sales division. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team of 200 sales professionals, and expanding the customer base across India. Ideal candidates will have an MBA and proven experience in aftermarket sales, substantial leadership, and analytical skills. The position offers an opportunity to grow the team significantly and drive revenue growth in the automotive aftermarket sector.
To lead the Aftermarket Sales division, responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow revenue, expand the distributor base, and enhance customer satisfaction in the automotive aftermarket sector. The Aftermarket Sales Head will oversee a team of 200 sales professionals and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and increasing customer satisfaction. The goal is to grow the team from 100 to 300 executives nationwide, with an aim to generate INR 1.20 Crores in annual business per executive territory.
MBA preferred with proven experience in aftermarket sales, particularly in lubricants or spare parts, with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, management, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of industry trends, willingness to travel, proactive attitude, integrity, and ethical values are also required.
