Job Purpose:

To lead the Aftermarket Sales division, responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow revenue, expand the distributor base, and enhance customer satisfaction in the automotive aftermarket sector. The Aftermarket Sales Head will oversee a team of 200 sales professionals and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Revenue Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies focused on revenue growth and profitability.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, build, and manage a team of aftermarket sales professionals, ensuring motivation, training, and achievement of sales targets.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distribution partners to expand market presence and foster loyalty.
  4. Financial Management: Create and manage the sales budget, report on financial performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
  5. Sales Process Improvement: Establish and maintain effective sales processes, tools, and systems for tracking performance and managing leads.
  6. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
  7. Operational Efficiency: Monitor and improve the efficiency of sales operations.
  8. Expansion: Expand the retailer base of Luman to 50,000 retailers across India.
Key Expectations:

The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and increasing customer satisfaction. The goal is to grow the team from 100 to 300 executives nationwide, with an aim to generate INR 1.20 Crores in annual business per executive territory.

Qualifications & Experience:

MBA preferred with proven experience in aftermarket sales, particularly in lubricants or spare parts, with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, management, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of industry trends, willingness to travel, proactive attitude, integrity, and ethical values are also required.
