Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director for a full-time, on-site role in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading sales operations, managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and spearheading business development initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the real estate and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and drive sales operations to achieve business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans based on market trends and business goals.
  3. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
  4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  5. Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company strategy.
  7. Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize processes for continuous growth.
Qualifications
