Job description

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your expertise and skills to the delivery of Business Growth.

Your Role

Your primary objective will be to support the development of existing or new Contract Logistics business at a country or cluster level by coordinating all business development activities.

Your Responsibilities

You will do this by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with our current commercial policy while focusing on the following key objectives:

  • Ensure that pipeline opportunities are managed in a compliant way while adhering to the entire Customer Engagement Cycle.
  • Support in the creation of high-quality business proposals and other related presentations.
  • Prepare high-quality business proposals, tender submissions, and presentations.
  • Act as the coordination point for all marketing activities (events, mailings, publications, etc.).
  • Oversee the full tender process from opportunity tracking to submission and follow-up.
  • Capture and manage business and market intelligence.
  • Support highlighting achievements in the business development space.
  • Drive and roll out yearly business development plans for the specified vertical.
  • Ensure tender compliance by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Maintain a library of past tenders and templates for efficiency.
  • Monitor tender portals for relevant opportunities.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the contract logistics or warehousing industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the CL portfolio, involving in the RFQ stage until awarded.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for business-related activities.
