Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a policy-oriented analyst to support AML efforts. You will research international best practices for national risk assessments in ML, TF and PF, and assist in refining methodologies and strategies for Singapore’s AML/CFT framework.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and timely delivery of high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a policy, international, supervisory or statistic analytics role.
• Excellent analytical capabilities to dissect policy issues and propose workable options.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data and statistics analytical skills.
• Team player who is proactive, self-motivated and able to drive timely quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research of international best practices for national risk assessments in ML/TF/PF.
• Assist in reviewing and enhancing ML/TF/PF national risk assessment methodologies.
• Assist in development of updated national AML/CFT CPF strategies for Singapore.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to collect and analyze relevant statistics and risk information.
