Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a policy analytics professional to support AML/CFT/PF risk assessments and the development of national strategies. You will research international best practices, review methodologies, and coordinate with stakeholders to gather relevant statistics and insights.

This position is a 1-year contract requiring 1–2 years in policy, international or statistics analytics, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a policy, international, supervisory and/or statistic analytics role.
• Excellent analytical capabilities to dissect policy issues and offer useful options and workable solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data and statistics analytical skills.
• Team player who is proactive and self-motivated with keen interest in shaping outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to timely, quality outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and positively influence internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• To conduct research of international best practices for national risk assessments in ML, TF, PF, including those related to legal persons and arrangements.
• To assist in the review and enhancement of updated ML, TF and PF national risk assessment methodologies for Singapore.
• To assist in the development of updated ML, TF and PF national risk assessments, coordinating with stakeholders in data collection and analysis.
• To assist in the development of updated AML, CFT and CPF strategies for Singapore.
