Job summary

Agency for Integrated Care in Singapore invites you to contribute to national Advance Care Planning and palliative care strategies. You will help develop and implement national programmes, pilot new care models, and collaborate with policymakers, healthcare institutions, and community partners to improve end-of-life care.

The role emphasizes digitalisation, project management, stakeholder engagement, and translating policy into practical programmes across the sector.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years of experience in service planning, programme management, or related fields.
• Experience in healthcare, social care, or the public sector is advantageous.
• Exposure to IT or digitalisation projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Ability to translate strategies into implementable documentation and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and drive automation or digital solutions
• Support digitalisation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and adoption across the sector
• Contribute to knowledge management and change management to drive adoption of new initiatives
• Work closely with policymakers, healthcare providers, community partners, and system vendors
• Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to drive successful implementation of initiatives
• Contribute to the development and implementation of national ACP programmes and palliative care strategies
• Support the design and rollout of new service models, pilots, and funding initiatives
• Support sector-wide initiatives (e.g. national workgroups, programme management) and continuity of digital systems and operations
