About the role:

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to optimize processes across our warehouse, marketplaces, brand marketing, and finance departments. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, improving Turnaround Time (TAT), and enhancing workflows to support our growth.

Process Overview:

1. Telephonic discussion if shortlisted
2. Aptitude assessment (10 mins)
3. Problem-solving assessment (10 mins)
4. Communication assessment (10 mins)
5. Role-specific technical MCQ test
6. Final interview with the founder
7. Offer discussion with the hiring manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. TAT Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and improve turnaround times across production, merchandising, and warehouse teams.
2. Process Improvement: Streamline workflows, implement automation, and resolve operational challenges.
3. Coordination: Facilitate communication and hand-offs between teams.
4. Data Analysis: Monitor metrics like TAT, lead times, and inventory turnover; use insights for improvements.
5. Capacity Planning: Forecast production and warehouse capacity to meet demand.
6. SOP Management: Review, update, and train teams on standard operating procedures.
7. Tracking: Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
8. Vendor Monitoring: Oversee vendor TATs to ensure timely deliveries.
9. Risk Management: Identify risks and develop contingency plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-3 years experience in operations, supply chain, or process improvement roles (preferably in e-commerce or retail)
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or related field
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process documentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Effective time management in a fast-paced environment
