Job summary

Micron Technology, Singapore, invites motivated students to join the NAND Validation and Characterization team for a 5-month full-time internship from Jan to May 2027. You will engage in structured engineering projects, learn functional and design validation using silicon and simulation platforms, and develop automation scripts in Python, C, C++, or Perl.

Strong candidates will have a solid foundation in digital design, data analysis, and teamwork, with opportunities for future full-time roles

Qualifications

• Basics in digital design, semiconductor concepts, and programming.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python/C/C++/Perl).
• Knowledge of Verilog or SystemVerilog is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional and design validation tests for NAND products.
• Create usage-case and random-sequence tests to evaluate NAND features.
• Investigate validation failures through data analysis and root-cause analysis.
• Develop or enhance automation scripts to improve validation efficiency.
