Job summary

Micron Singapore is offering a 5‑month internship in the NAND Validation and Characterization team, from January to May 2027. You will work on functional and design validation of advanced NAND products using silicon and simulation platforms.

Under guidance from experienced engineers, you will develop validation tests, build automation scripts in Python or C/C++, analyze data, and document findings for engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s, Master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Fundamental knowledge of digital design and semiconductor principles.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/C/C++/Perl).
• Familiarity with Verilog/SystemVerilog is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute NAND validation tests using silicon and simulations.
• Create validation automation scripts in Python, C, or Perl.
• Analyze test results and contribute to failure investigations.
• Document findings and present recommendations to engineers.
