Job summary

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd is seeking a Principal Engineer in NAND TD RDA to lead a team using next‑generation defect detection equipment and processes. You will collaborate with process integration, process development, data science, and yield analysis to accelerate learning and technology transfer.

The role requires guiding cross‑functional teams, developing metrics, and driving innovation in defect inspection. Strong mentoring and leadership will shape project priorities across sites.

Qualifications

• PhD or Masters in Applied Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics or EE/EC.
• 6–8 years RDA experience in semiconductor process development for Equipment/Applications.
• 6–8 years in RDA Defect, semiconductor optical and e-beam inspection methods.

Responsibilities

• Build an environment of continuous improvement and CIP for operations.
• Develop inspection technology roadmaps for future memory needs.
