• Perform sophisticated electrical device characterization to determine electrical fail mechanisms.
• Operate fault isolation equipment to accurately narrow down failure defect locations.
• Collaborate with Product, Test, and Quality teams to resolve defectivity issues.
• Prepare and present electrical/physical failure mechanisms weekly to drive improvement.
• Develop and implement new fault isolation and physical failure analysis techniques.
• Coordinate maintenance and uptime of fault isolation tools; incorporate AI insights.
