• Able to work in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and TikTok product.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and review stakeholder feedback to shape NA advertising policies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop sound policies
• Collaborate closely with partner teams to implement and maintain cross-team workflows
• Manage incoming queries about advertising policies with clear, concise responses
• Review trends with Policy & Product Managers and iterate policies to drive improvements
• Help develop and maintain policy documentation including project briefs and internal guidance
• Support the NA Regional Policy & Product team to deliver wider integrity initiatives
