Job description

Working hours:

Work 4 nights a week, moving off days and rest days

9pm to 7.30am

Key responsibilities

- Perform financial counselling, which includes an explanation of bill estimations and usage of Medishield Life/Medisave/Private medical insurance claims.

- Handle the collection of deposits and payments through various modes, including credit cards, cash, and NETS, as well as prepare and process insurance claims.

- Handle enquiries and resolving issues related to admission, discharge, claims and billing.

- Achieve overall efficiency and timeliness in attending to patients, doctors, insurance and corporate companies.

- Assist in overseeing the switchboard functions.

- Assist with portering of patients as needed.

Requirements:

- Possesses a degree or a diploma in any discipline.

- Good customer service and communication skills.

- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be able to work a four-day workweek with shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including weekends and public holidays.

- Off/rest days will be scheduled on a rotating basis.
