Transform Lives Through Music – Join The Radiant Spectrum!

Are you a passionate music educator who's looking to make a deeper impact through your work? Begin a fulfilling career at The Radiant Spectrum (TRS) — a specialized music enrichment school in Singapore that empowers children and adults with special needs through the power of music.

About Us

At TRS, we believe that every individual can be a music maker. We work with learners diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental needs, helping them grow in confidence, communication, and creativity through music.

We're a dynamic and supportive team of passionate individuals who are committed to making a real difference. If you're driven by empathy and purpose, we'd love for you to grow with us.

Your Role

As a Music Teacher (Special Needs – Piano), you will:

  • Conduct one-on-one piano sessions tailored to each student's learning profile
  • Facilitate small group music classes, building social and musical skills
  • Create goal-oriented weekly lesson plans aligned with our in-house curriculum
  • Monitor and document student progress, celebrating each milestone
  • Collaborate with our team on external teaching, curriculum development, school events, and other projects

You'll be provided with comprehensive training on working with children with special needs, so no prior experience is necessary — just your passion and willingness to learn!

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from music educators, recent grads, or career changers who meet the following:

  • Have a foundation in music (qualifications or strong playing ability, especially piano)
  • Genuinely enjoy working with children and youth
  • Are patient, empathetic, and motivated to make a meaningful impact
  • Communicate effectively and work well with parents and team members
  • Are adaptable, open to feedback, and willing to grow in a dynamic teaching environment

Working Hours & Location
  • 5-day workweek: Saturday, Sunday, and three weekdays
  • Located at 10 Anson Road, International Plaza — just beside Tanjong Pagar MRT

Why Join Us?
  • Training is provided, ideal for those entering the special needs or education field
  • Be part of a close-knit, mission-driven team that values creativity and compassion
  • Build long-term career growth in the field of special education and music
  • Enjoy a workplace that supports innovation, collaboration, and well-being
