Responsibilities and Duties
- Management of English Community Inclusive Choir and Chinese Community Inclusive Choir for People Living with Dementia (PLWD)
- Recruitment of project participants
- Recruitment and management of project volunteers
- Manage utilization of music project budgets
- Report on project budgets
- Report on participant engagement rate
- Inventory management
- Inventory of music instruments and equipment
- Instrument maintenance
- Arrange for instrument maintenance/repair as necessary
Administrative Duties
- Manage logistics required for sessions
- Data tracking and entry of patients/participants’ information/attendance
- Manage logistics for choir events
Job Requirements
- Degree holder, knowledge of music and music instruments preferred
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in music related project management
- Able to establish and maintain positive working relationship with staff, volunteers, patients, external vendors
- Experience in managing volunteers
- Good communicator with a customer-focused mindset
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-directed and able to work independently
