Working Hours: Mon-Fri (Office Hour)
Work Type: 12-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $3,500 per month
What you will be working on?
- Support the monitoring of project timelines and deliverables for both permanent and special exhibitions, ensuring deadlines and design standards are met.
- Manage administrative and procurement processes, including obtaining approvals, coordinating with Procurement, and overseeing vendor engagement.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing PC Forms, processing direct contracts (e.g., footage/image rights), and compiling ITQ/ITT documentation.
- Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Procurement teams as required.
- Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues related to artefacts, props, scent stations, and other exhibition components.
- Source and coordinate with vendors for manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Oversee and facilitate installation, fabrication, and de-installation works with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for?
- Singaporean only
- Minimum Diploma in Arts Management, Museum Studies, Design, or Project Management.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities with familiarity in managing project timelines, budgets, and government procurement processes.
- Understanding of exhibition design, installation, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
