Working Hours: Mon-Fri (Office Hour)

Work Type: 12-Month Contract

Salary: Up to $3,500 per month

What you will be working on?
  • Support the monitoring of project timelines and deliverables for both permanent and special exhibitions, ensuring deadlines and design standards are met.
  • Manage administrative and procurement processes, including obtaining approvals, coordinating with Procurement, and overseeing vendor engagement.
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing PC Forms, processing direct contracts (e.g., footage/image rights), and compiling ITQ/ITT documentation.
  • Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Procurement teams as required.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues related to artefacts, props, scent stations, and other exhibition components.
  • Source and coordinate with vendors for manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Oversee and facilitate installation, fabrication, and de-installation works with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
