Job summary

Tencent's Technology Engineering Group in Singapore is seeking a researcher to advance reinforcement learning for multimodal models, including diffusion and autoregressive approaches. You will design scalable training frameworks and reward models to enhance stability and learning efficiency.

Candidates should have strong DL expertise, a track record of research publications, and familiarity with distributed training across CPU/GPU platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Strong research capabilities with publications in top conferences (ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, CVPR).
• Experience in deep learning system implementation and model training.
• Preference for diffusion and autoregressive models.
• Familiarity with ACM/NOIP participation.

Responsibilities
