Multimedia Specialist |School |Punggol

Responsibilities:

1. Classroom teaching of ICT skills to students for the school’s Digital Literacy Programme, including teaching students how to use Canva for design work, CapCut for video editing, and FlipaClip for animating 2D drawings.
2. Assist teachers in integrating multimedia resources, such as videos and interactive content, into their lessons.
3. Collaborate with teachers to create multimedia-rich educational content that aligns with the school’s curriculum, fostering a more interactive and dynamic learning environment.
4. Work with the ICT team to provide ICT support for the school’s iPad programme for students and staff.
5. Provide AV and photography support for school events.
6. Update content on the school’s website.
7. Record and create corporate videos on the school’s programmes and events for publicity.
8. Assist HOD/ICT and teachers in conducting school-initiated ICT projects in the school’s Digital Literacy Programme, including:
1. Providing project progress updates to HOD/ICT and Subject Head (SH) / ICT.
2. Preparing documentation and guidelines pertaining to assigned ICT projects.
3. Conducting in-house AV and IT training for students and staff representatives.
4. Conducting ad-hoc lessons on the use of iPad and Edgefield email login for new transfer-in students.
