A leading company is looking for a Multimedia Content Specialist who is passionate about visual storytelling and social media engagement. The role involves producing high-quality multimedia content, planning video shoots, and managing platform publishing. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in a related field and experience in content creation and social media management.
About The Role
We are seeking a creative and skilled Multimedia Content Specialist to join our fun & dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about visual storytelling and social media engagement. You will be responsible for producing high-quality multimedia content that enhances our brand presence across various platforms.
· Content Strategy & Ideation:
·Generate creative video concepts aligned with brand tone and audience preferences
·Research social media trends, viral formats, and industry content strategies
· Pre-Production:
· Create storyboards or outlines for each video
· Plan shoot logistics (location, props, talent coordination if required)
· Production:
· Film content according to storyboard, with attention to lighting, audio, and composition
· Capture both vertical (for Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and horizontal (for YouTube) formats when
necessary
· Post-Production:
· Edit videos with engaging transitions, text overlays, effects, and audio
· Adapt content format and aspect ratio for different platforms
· Produce both short-form (15–60s) and long-form (1–5 min) videos
· Publishing & Platform Management:
· Schedule and publish content across Xiao Hong Shu (Little Red Book), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
· Write optimized captions, use trending audio, and apply platformspecific hashtags
· Monitor performance metrics and analyze content performance, providing insights recommendation for continuous improvement
Requirements
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or related field with 2 years of experience in Multimedia content creation, social media management and influencer collaboration.
Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Demonstrates a 'can-do' attitude by independently tackling projects, meeting deadlines, and proactively seeking ways to improve processes.
Proficient in video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Snapseed
Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, particularly for lifestyle (Retail & F&B) content.
Familiarity with analytics and scheduling platforms (Google Analytic, Meta Business Suite etc)
Creative thinker with attention to visual details and brand consistency
