Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore seeks a senior clinician to lead responsibilities across Clinical, Education, Research and Administration domains.

You will lead intradepartmental and interdepartmental clinical services, drive safety and quality of patient care, mentor junior doctors, engage in scholarly activities, and participate in non-clinical admin duties under the Head of Department. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a medical qualification from SMC-listed universities/institutions.
• Eligible for Conditional or Full registration with the SMC.
• Completed specialist training with SAB recognition.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead intradepartmental and interdepartmental clinical services.
• Provide and improve safety and quality of patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
• Teach and mentor junior doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Engage in scholarly activities and research.
• Participate in non-clinical administrative duties.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department.
