LEE QUAN (HAI ZHONG BAO) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Oversight lead to supervise daily operations across multiple stalls, ensure service consistency, and uphold food hygiene standards.

You will manage staff schedules, cover frontline roles when needed, monitor performance and KPIs, and engage with customers and the community. The role offers growth within the group and relies on hands-on, flexible leadership.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in F&B operations, preferably in a coffeeshop or food court setup.
• Hands-on and flexible, willing to cover frontline roles when necessary.
• Familiarity with manpower scheduling, SFA hygiene standards, and basic cost control.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across multiple stalls/outlets and ensure smooth service.
• Maintain consistency in service, food quality, and hygiene standards; ensure SFA compliance.
• Conduct regular audits on cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate manpower coverage.
• Step in to cover frontline roles (cashier, drinks stall, floor) when needed.
• Train, motivate, and mentor staff to maintain service quality.
• Monitor stall performance, sales trends, and labor costs; track KPIs.
• Prepare and submit regular outlet performance reports to management.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues on the ground.
• Support new stall setups and assist with outlet openings; coordinate promotions.
