Job summary

Cognizant Singapore seeks a CloudOps & DevOps Engineer to manage GCC 2.0/GCC+ CloudOps across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will handle day-to-day cloud operations, monitoring, incident management, access coordination, and runbooks, contributing to stable platform services.

You'll work with GCC Engineering, ProductOps, and service desk teams, applying Terraform, ITSM tools, and security best practices. This role requires hands-on cloud experience and strong collaboration in a multi-cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with ITSM tools (Jira/JSM, ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong monitoring, alert handling, and incident escalation skills.
• Knowledge of RBAC, MFA/2FA, and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Provision and manage resources with Terraform.
• Handle incidents and service requests with timely resolutions.
• Monitor health dashboards and respond to alerts per SOPs.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for major incidents and changes.
• Support backlog documentation and runbook updates.
• Assist in backup/recovery and security patch activities.
