Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Production Support professional to act as an L2/L3 escalation point for API incidents. You will perform root cause analysis on unknown errors and drive permanent fixes across environments.

With 7+ years in IT and hands-on MuleSoft experience, you will monitor API health using Anypoint Monitoring and Kibana, manage capacity and performance, and ensure secure API deployments from Dev to Production.

Qualifications

7+ years in IT with MuleSoft development/support experience.
MuleSoft Certified Developer preferred.
Experience with API-led connectivity and the Experience-Process-System layer model.
Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills in production environments.
Experience with API security policies (Client ID/Secret, OAuth).
Working knowledge of SQL and database performance.

Responsibilities

Act as L2/L3 escalation point for MuleSoft incidents and drive permanent fixes.
Monitor API health and performance using Anypoint Monitoring and Kibana.
Perform capacity planning and performance management for production API workloads.
Administer the API Management platform (Anypoint Platform) including access control.
Deploy APIs across Dev to Production following release practices.
Maintain existing MuleSoft APIs with bug fixes and improvements.
Diagnose issues using MuleSoft's 3-tiered architecture (Experience–Process–System).
