MTBM Operator

This position requires previous experience, initiative and ingenuity and the ability to work independently to produce the highest level of quality and productivity against established standards.

Core Responsibilities

1. Site Management: Manage day-to-day activities at the site, including resource allocation, scheduling, and logistics.
2. Equipment Operation: Operating Microtunnelling machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
3. Planning and Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and Client to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Site Preparation: Ensuring proper site setup, including excavation, alignment, and support structures.
5. Tunneling Management: Overseeing the tunneling process, including monitoring progress, adjusting machine parameters, and troubleshooting issues.
6. Maintenance and Repair: Performing routine maintenance on equipment and conducting repairs as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
