Business Operation Support

Smart IMS is a leading provider of information technology solutions, offering a wide range of services to businesses worldwide. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we help organizations streamline operations, improve efficiency, and achieve their strategic goals.

We are currently looking for a Business Operation Support to handle inter-affiliate outsourcing services requests and support broader business management functions.

Responsibilities:

- Perform gap analysis and remediation efforts.

- Prepare routine metrics and management reports, as well as executive-level presentations.

- Support workforce and workspace management, and maintain governance and control routines.

- Manage internal communications for the organization.

- Handle administrative tasks related to SharePoint, shared drives, and team meetings.

Requirements:

- Experience in business management and inter-affiliate outsourcing services, business operations, management reporting, policy governance, workforce, and workspace management

- Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Must be skilled in using formulas, creating graphs, and manipulating data

- Knowledge in automating reports is a plus.

Additional Information:

- Location: HarbourFront

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with above market medical coverage / insurance.
