Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to resolve technical inquiries from ships/vessels on Nordic systems.
• Maintain customers relationship with Company.
• Review customer technical specifications and provide support to Application team for bidding of Jobs.
• Monitor and follow up all quotes submitted.
• Open new sales account.
• Manage existing Sales agents.
• Find new suitable sales agents.
• Plan & drive sales team to meet sales target.
• Issue & monitor owners' benefits.
• Always on the look out for sales opportunities.
• Present Companys' goods and services to potential customers.
• Have experience in international shipping.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Degree, Post Graduates Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic) or equivalent.
• Prior experience in Marine/ Oil & Gas industries and shipyards will be highly advantageous.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible , meticulous and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
• Experienced in SCADA/PLC system.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
