Our motto: Move Well, Live Well, Age Well

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Movement Therapist + Recovery Specialist with a deep understanding of the human body and hands-on recovery techniques. This is a hybrid role ideal for those with a background in Pilates, Stretch Therapy, Mobility Coaching , or similar modalities.

You’ll work with clients ranging from motivated professionals to active seniors, helping them restore mobility, reduce discomfort, and transition into confident movement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions focused on mobility, recovery, and functional reintegration
  • Use soft-tissue techniques (e.g., myofascial release, PNF, joint mobilization) and active drills
  • Guide clients through movement correction, posture education, and nervous system release
  • Develop progression plans aligned with Innerfit's assessment results and program goals
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists, osteopaths, and strength coaches as part of a unified care team
  • Maintain detailed client notes and session reports on our digital platform

Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 4 years experience in one or more of the following:
    • Classical or contemporary Pilates instruction
    • Stretch or mobility specialty (e.g., Dr. Stretch, FRC, assisted stretching)
    • Functional rehab or movement therapy
  • Strong knowledge of functional anatomy and biomechanics
  • Certified in at least one of the following (or equivalent):
    • STOTT / Polestar / BASI Pilates
    • FRC / Kinstretch / DNS / Stretching certifications
    • NASM CES, ACE CPT, or Rehab-related certs
  • Hands-on skills in soft tissue or passive manual work preferred (even if non-clinical)
  • Experienced in working with older adults or post-injury clients
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence; client-centered coaching style

What Makes You a Great Fit:
  • You’ve taught Pilates but want to go beyond choreography, into movement restoration.
  • You love working with people who “don’t fit the gym mold” and need care-driven guidance.
  • You’re curious, grounded in science, and enjoy collaborative problem-solving.
  • You don’t just want to train clients, you want to change how they move for life.

What We Offer:
  • Access to a growing base of high-commitment clients (established professionals, seniors)
  • Integrated programs built with physios, osteos, trainers, and health coaches
  • Training in Innerfit’s signature movement + assessment protocols
  • Flexible work structure with opportunity for growth into full-time leadership roles
  • Supportive team culture, continuing education, and recognition
