Job description

Job duties:

  1. Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  2. Follow the company's schedule to carry out cleaning duties and supervision across multiple locations.
  3. Work outdoors and under the sun.
  4. Supervise, manage, and control daily operations activities.
  5. Manage and handle client feedback and on-site incidents.
  6. Monitor and ensure the smooth running of daily manpower operations; arrange for staff replacements when necessary.
  7. Manage equipment and supplies inventory and replenish as needed.
  8. Plan and ensure orientation for all new staff and job sites.
  9. Perform cleaning tasks such as drain clearing, dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors, and vacuuming.
  10. Clean spills, broken glass, and other messes promptly.
  11. Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects when required.
  12. Manage the general cleaning process, monitor logistics, and supervise other cleaners.
  13. Be hands-on with cleaners.
  14. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in assigned areas and cover manpower when needed (e.g., staff on leave or absent).

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in cleaning operations is highly preferred.
  2. Experience in cleaning is an advantage.
  3. Be a committed and responsible team player with a good personality.
  4. Have a diligent attitude and willingness to learn.
  5. Be self-driven, independent, and resourceful.
