Responsibilities

• You are required to follow-up with clients on motor insurance enquires promptly
• To update database of customers particulars
• Ensure customers give all the related forms to process the insurance
• Processing of policy taken up with the agency
• Strong support to ensure good closing ratio
• Proper training will be provided to ensure high take up rate for New Business and
• Renewal
• Team work and support will be given to enhanced your learning curve

Requirements

• Customer centric, team player, strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Exposure in general insurance industry will be an added advantage but not a must
• Possess positive attitude and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Must be result and service oriented
• Must be willing to follow up closely with clients
• Minimum GCE 'O' level and above
• Possess BCP, PGI and CGI will have added advantage
