We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor (Motor Claims) to join our team on a 3 to 6-month temporary contract. You will support our motor claims operations, liaising with customers and insurers to ensure a smooth claims process while promoting accident awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with GIA reporting for motor claims
• Promote accident claim services to increase sales
• Attend insurance surveys and negotiate repair costs
• Handle invoicing to customers and insurance companies
• Educate internal and external customers on motor accident awareness

Requirements

• Singaporeans only
• No prior experience required – training will be provided
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
