Job Responsibilities

1. To assist customers in accident reporting, claims and vehicle repairs.

2. To assess damaged vehicles, provide repair cost estimates to insurance companies.

3. To liaise and negotiate repair cost with surveyors, finalization of work and submission of claims.

4. To conduct visual inspection on vehicle condition before taking in vehicle.

5. Perform quality checks on repaired vehicle before customer’s collection.

6. Coordinate with Workshop Controller on progression of vehicle repairs .

7. Communicate effectively with customer, providing updates on work progress, claim status and explain claim decisions.

8. Document all assessments, decisions, and communications in a detailed and organized manner.

9. Deliver excellent customer service, handling complaints and feedback.

10. Assist on any other tasks / projects assigned by superiors.
