Job Responsibilities:

1. Review vehicle repair history and inform the Workshop Manager and Senior Motor Claim Advisor of any unusual or recurring complaints.
2. Prepare detailed work orders based on individual vehicle diagnoses, including job item numbers, job specifications, and flat rate details.
3. Conduct Vehicle Reception Checks with customers using a checklist for all body and paintwork repair jobs.
4. Guide customers through their insurance claim options, advising on the best approach to maximize benefits.
5. Negotiate with surveyors and insurance companies to secure the best labor charges and repair terms.
6. Monitor repair progress by liaising with workshop foremen, ensuring deadlines are met and vehicles are delivered on time.
7. Inform customers of vehicle readiness, repair costs, and collection details while addressing any additional needs or requests.
8. Deliver personalized service during vehicle handovers, explaining repair invoices, and discussing future maintenance requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent studies.
2. Ability to deal with customers and knowledge in administering Insurance Claims.
3. Good knowledge about cars and its components, paint and bodywork equipment, warranty processing.
