About the Department

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Responsibilities

1. Generate sales revenue at designated location or assigned geographical coverage area.
2. Proficient in selling to mass market customers and is deployed in mass market locations.
3. Meets/exceeds sales established target.
4. Follows laid out sales and service processes to establish contact with prospective customers, understands needs and sells them appropriate products offered by the bank.
5. Continue to seek and maintain product and service knowledge.
6. Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships.
7. Gathers information as needed about customers, markets, and competition.
8. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
