• Report to the BD Manager, and work closely with other BD Executives;
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion efforts;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners;
• Prepare presentations and business cases to secure new projects;
• Take the lead in planning the tender process;
• Strong skills in preparing proposals for tender submissions for various consultancy services;
• Strong strategic business development skills and orientation;
• Develop and implement Sales & Marketing plans in the relevant market sectors;
• Collaborate and coordinate with various internal business units and divisions within the CPG Corporation in Singapore and other countries;
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking;
• Assist BD Manager to set up, maintain and develop close relationships with clients, media reporters, authorities, and partners;
• Assist Group Business Development Manager in developing the Business Development Division regarding new and current markets;
• Other tasks and BD reports as requested by the BD Manager;
