We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to drive new business opportunities and foster client relationships. If you possess a deep understanding of corporate services and have a knack for closing deals, we would like to meet you.

ABOUT THE JOB:

Job Description: The successful candidate will primarily utilize the Salesforce platform to manage and drive sales activities, including:

  1. Client Acquisition:
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new clients seeking pre- and post-incorporation services.
  • Consult and answer customer inquiries via phone, website, email, OTT apps (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Skype, Line, etc.), video calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Resolve issues related to order processing from customers, forwarders, or third parties.
  • Request documents, process contracts, and notify customers of promotions.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
    • Establish trust-based relationships to better serve clients' organizations.
  • Needs Analysis:
    • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
    • Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend appropriate services tailored to each client.
    • Deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting our services' benefits and features.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
    • Coordinate with processing and operations departments during the sales process.
    • Perform data entry, processing, monitoring, and reporting in Salesforce.
    • Prepare weekly sales reports and track the number of tickets.
    • Plan and request sales activities weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
