About the Department

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead credit portfolio trend monitoring, segmentation analysis and benchmark setups for new acquisition and portfolio management for Retail banking products.
  2. Develop automatic reports and interactive dashboards to assist data-driven decisions in collaboration with other functions from Global Technology, Group Risk, etc.
  3. Use data processing tools for performing analytics and related MIS.
  4. Contribute to the development of new techniques and improvement of processes and workflows by applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge and integrating subject matter and industry expertise within Risk Management.
  5. Develop recommendations to adjust credit policies by analyzing credit and financial performance and utilizing statistical scoring, segmentation, regression, and simulation techniques.
  6. Analyze business requirements and explore opportunities with data mining by using Decision tree approach for risk mitigation recommendations.
  7. Manage risk levels for the entire credit performance across Retail banking products and prepare risk management presentations for senior management.
  8. Participate in developing, testing, and optimizing credit policies, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance, and assist in the implementation of those policies, processes, and other related initiatives.
  9. Assist in scorecard implementation and model validation review.
  10. Create and renew process procedures and documentation with data quality assurance controls.
  11. Proactively stay informed on developments and news in the industry.
  12. Require a deep understanding of loan loss forecasting and loan loss reserve methodology.
  13. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
  14. Provide technical training and support to junior analysts.
