Position: E-Payment Head

The E-Payment Head is a senior management role responsible for overseeing a broad range of payment products, primarily debit cards. The role involves developing strategies, providing leadership, managing budgets, and coordinating product lifecycle activities in collaboration with the broader CPP Product Management team. The goal is to promote payment products, develop new markets, increase market share, and strengthen our competitive position. This position reports directly to the CPP Product Management Head.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the strategic e-payment program roadmap, including product launches and marketing strategies to maximize benefits from credit and debit card products.
  2. Conduct market research to inform marketing plans focused on product, brand, acquisition, customer engagement, and retention to improve performance and brand preference.
  3. Develop and execute functional strategies for the Vietnam franchise and/or other business units, ensuring coordination across teams.
  4. Oversee day-to-day product marketing activities, including product delivery, client experience, and communication strategies, while prioritizing and removing obstacles to achieve business goals.
  5. Participate in developing client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and differentiation to establish preferred partner status with clients.
  6. Manage the entire program lifecycle, considering market demand, technological trends, and competitive landscape, while communicating a comprehensive business plan.
  7. Define and launch new products, features, and capabilities, including go-to-market strategies and participation in technology development and market launch activities.
  8. Engage with external partners and vendors, negotiate agreements, manage relationships, and oversee contractual obligations.
  9. Implement profitable marketing strategies, lead growth initiatives, and maintain industry and competitor intelligence.
  10. Build new relationships within supported verticals using industry publications, direct outreach, online presence, trade shows, calls, and strategic alliances.
  11. Assess risks associated with business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding assets, and maintaining high ethical standards. Supervise team activities, promote accountability, and escalate issues appropriately.
