Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Modernization Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales by advising clients on modernization solutions that enhance efficiency and performance. This role involves understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and managing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their current systems and identify modernization opportunities
- Solution Development: Develop and present innovative modernization solutions that meet client needs and drive value
- Sales Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term partnerships
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with client expectations
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, utilizing data to refine strategies and improve results
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the industry
- Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration/ Engineering or a related field
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer Focused: Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions that add value
