Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking a warehouse operations coordinator responsible for implementing standardized operations and ensuring timely delivery of orders. Ideal candidates will have qualifications in logistics management and relevant experience, though those new to the field are encouraged to apply. You will oversee the daily operational tasks and improve efficiency within the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent in logistics/supply chain management.
• At least 2 years of warehouse work experience preferred.
• Open to candidates without experience, with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize standardized operations according to SOP and 6S.
• Manage the delivery process and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete warehouse orders in a timely manner.

Job description

• Location: AMK
• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

Responsibilties

• Responsible for independently implementing standardized operations according to SOP and 6S standards, and guiding subordinates to complete orders on time to ensure delivery of orders;
• Responsible for dealing with problems in the delivery process, proactively reporting and timely obtaining solutions in case of problems that cannot be solved independently to ensure the timely flow of orders;
• Responsible for completing all kinds of orders in and out of the warehouse and delivery work on time, familiar with all kinds of operation requirements, and regularly summarize and classify the delivery situation, abnormal orders and other data, and timely feedback;
• Responsible for following up the progress of maintenance orders, sorting out and filing and handing over documents, and organizing inventory counting;
• Responsible for the daily work system optimization requirements, solve abnormal problems, optimize work efficiency;
• Responsible for 6S management on site and assist the person in charge.
• Responsible for executing product testing tasks according to established testing standards and ensure completion as per schedule.

Qualifications

• NITEC or above, logistics/supply chain management is preferred
• Have at least two years of warehouse related work experience, be skilled in operating office software, familiar with the operation process of warehouse entry and exit and basic computer operation;
• Open to candidates with no experience
