Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore seeks candidates for a position in operations. Responsibilities include managing standardized operations, solving delivery-related issues, and filing maintenance orders. Ideal candidates should have a NITEC or above in logistics or supply chain management, with experience being a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• NITEC or higher in logistics or supply chain preferred.
• Familiar with warehouse entry and exit operations.
• Open to candidates with no experience.

• Deal with delivery process issues and ensure timely flow of orders.
• Complete all orders in and out of the warehouse on time.

Job description

• Location: AMK
• Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities

• Responsible for independently implementing standardized operations according to SOP and 6S standards, and guiding subordinates to complete orders on time to ensure delivery of orders;
• Responsible for dealing with problems in the delivery process, proactively reporting and timely obtaining solutions in case of problems that cannot be solved independently to ensure the timely flow of orders;
• Responsible for completing all kinds of orders in and out of the warehouse and delivery work on time, familiar with all kinds of operation requirements, and regularly summarize and classify the delivery situation, abnormal orders and other data, and timely feedback;
• Responsible for following up the progress of maintenance orders, sorting out and filing and handing over documents, and organizing inventory counting;
• Responsible for the daily work system optimization requirements, solve abnormal problems, optimize work efficiency;
• Responsible for 6S management on site and assist the person in charge.
• Responsible for executing product testing tasks according to established testing standards and ensure completion as per schedule.

Qualifications

• NITEC or above, logistics/supply chain management is preferred
• Familiar with the operation process of warehouse entry and exit and basic computer operation
• Open to candidates with no experience
