Salary: UP to $3500 + Variable Bonus + Medical & Flexi Benefit
5 Days Work (Monday to Friday / 8.30AM – 6.00PM)

Job Scope

• Perform handset activation and configuration of line to fully operation and live stage

• Working closely with IT Department on troubleshooting matters

• Guiding of customer on set up process & provide basic technical support

• Escalating of issue or customer feedback to relevant department when required

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Secondary School Qualification or Above

• 1 – 3 Years of experience preferably with mobile phone activation or service provisioning

• Able to work remotely after office hour when required (IT Equipment provided)
