Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and adaptable Sales Executive to support the growth and customer development of our Mobile Services in the ASEAN region. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with strong communication and coordination skills who are interested in mobile business development, customer engagement, and commercial operations.

As a Mobile Sales Specialist, you will be involved in the end-to-end customer engagement process — from opportunity follow-up and service coordination to account maintenance and internal sales support.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Opportunity Support
• Assist in identifying and developing customer opportunities for mobile and MVNO services
• Support customer meetings, product presentations, and proposal preparation
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to align service offerings with client requirements

Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain strong working relationships with assigned customers and channel partners
• Follow up on inquiries, service feedback, and account servicing tasks
• Ensure timely handover of post-sales requirements to relevant operations teams

Sales Operations Support
• Assist with contract and order documentation, account setup, and internal system entries
• Work with internal departments (delivery, finance, legal) to ensure smooth service onboarding and billing processes

Reporting & Market Feedback
• Maintain opportunity tracking records and update CRM or reporting systems
• Gather and report on customer feedback and competitor activity to support business planning

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Communications, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field

Work Experience:
• Prior experience or internship exposure in sales, account coordination, or telecom/mobile services is advantageous
• Open to individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in sales and mobile technologies
