• Conduct maintenance and repairs on AWP/EWP and Material Handling products, both in the field and in the workshop
• Address warranty issues promptly and communicate effectively about any repair limitations
• Travel as necessary to various sites to support our AWP/EWP customer base throughout the region
• Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for Dingli products and services
• Be prepared to travel internationally to support business operations in other Southeast Asian countries, ensuring consistent service standards and customer satisfaction across the regional market
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience as a Service Engineer in the mechanical or a related industry
• A valid driver's license and demonstrate flexibility to travel internationally as required
• Strong understanding of customer dynamics and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
