Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is hiring a QA Engineer to own quality for our React Native ECommerce app. It's a hands-on role: setting up our test strategy, building automation from scratch, and collaborating with the mobile, backend, and product teams to ship releases.

You will test the iOS and Android app, automate tests, write clear bug reports, validate API integrations, run tests in CI/CD, and support OTA releases throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience testing mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Hands-on mobile test automation experience.
• Familiar with API testing tools like Postman.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong test design and bug reporting skills.
• Experience with React Native apps is a plus.
• Experience in ECommerce or consumer apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test the React Native app on iOS and Android across manual, automated, and regression testing.
• Build out test automation from scratch.
• Write clear, reproducible bug reports and follow through to resolution.
• Test API integrations between the app and backend.
• Get automated tests running in CI/CD.
• Support release process, including OTA updates.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams on quality through releases.
