About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Publishing Manager to lead our mobile game publishing efforts in Southeast Asia. You will coordinate go-to-market activities, align cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across live and upcoming titles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end publishing operations of mobile games in the SEA market.
  • Develop and execute localization, launch, and live ops strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation, maximise operational efficiency of work processes.
  • Monitor key product metrics (DAU, retention, ARPU, LTV) and work with relevant teams to identify issues and implement improvements
  • Coordinate with UA, CS, community, and product teams to ensure successful launches and live operations
  • Build and manage a high-performing, growth-oriented team and work environment aligned with organisational values.
  • Drive operational excellence and create scalable processes for future publishing efforts

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in game publishing, live operations, or product operations (SEA region preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in management roles within gaming, sports, or media industries.
  • Deep understanding of broad regional market trends as well as local cultural contexts.
  • Significant experience in launching or scaling game products or services across different regions or markets, in alignment with organisational goals, timelines and budget constraints.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets, including allocating resources effectively and tracking financial performance.
  • Strong leadership, project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with mobile game lifecycle and data-driven operations
  • Fluent in Mandarin for accurate and efficient communication with development teams in China.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
